All 2 of them publish the 4.30 GPA scale, but that shared label does not make them interchangeable: their grade tables, pass marks and repeat rules are set institution by institution. That is why this site keeps one grading configuration per university instead of one per country — a single "Taiwan GPA formula" would be wrong for most students who used it.
