They all round the cumulative average the same way. That is why this site keeps one grading configuration per university instead of one per country — a single "Saudi Arabia GPA formula" would be wrong for most students who used it.

Same effort, same relative result, different number — because the scales, point values and rounding rules are set by each university rather than by Saudi Arabia. A calculator that ignores this gives most students the wrong figure.
