QUT GPA is the sum of grade values divided by attempted units for equal credit-point units, or weighted by credit points where units are unequal, rounded to the nearest hundredth. For semester GPA, each GPA-counted course is converted to quality points by multiplying grade points by credits. The semester GPA is the total quality points divided by total GPA-counted credits, then rounded with standard rounding to 2 decimal places. The updated CGPA combines the student's existing quality points with this semester's quality points, then rounds with standard rounding to 2 decimal places.
